Welcome to the Event Request Form for University Operations
Event Requests must be submitted a minimum of one week prior (5 working days) to the event setup date.
Your event request will be handled between
6:00AM-2:30PM, Monday - Friday. Please keep that in mind when choosing setup and pick up times
. Support required outside of these hours will be charged as overtime against your account.
If your event is in Benson or Locatelli: Please email your request to Corey Valine (cvaline@scu.edu) or studentcenters@scu.edu.
Benson/Locatelli has their own furniture and event setup staff. If Benson/Locatelli staff determines that assistance from Facilities is needed, they will submit a request to Facilities on your behalf.
If you need the HVAC system adjusted for your event, please email facilities-csc@scu.edu.

As stated in our
Event Services Policy, there are days when our services are unavailable due to a high number of existing event requests. We will do our best to keep this survey updated with unavailable dates by listing them below. With that said, there may be times when additional/unlisted dates are not available.
Current dates that no event services are available are:
April 11 & April 12
On the above dates, we can only provide waste bin sets, if they are available. If your event requires waste bin sets during the above dates please continue your Event Request submission, with the understanding that the only service we will provide is waste bin delivery.
